Today, I feel I know myself; that I’m deeply in tune with myself. Mind and body.

Becoming a Mamma has changed me completely, to my core. I am a better person because of her. I want to be a better person for her. I am always working on myself because I want to be the best version of myself for her.

Parenting is really demanding, it requires self reflection, learning, and evolving. But, it is our responsibility. We all have a responsibility - to others and to the world around us - to be better. Better for the next generation.
